REDUCE     REUSE      RECYCLE

I am trying to reduce my contribution towards exploitation of natural resources. It might sound bit too harsh but fact is that our western society is using vast amounts of natural resources for our day to day life.

Good start would be to reduce waste you produce and recycle whatever you can. I heard stories how all the recycled stuff ends up in landfill anyway. What is the point?
Point is that maybe now it is not so economical to recycle certain materials, but the need will definitely come. Technology will become more advanced and all this waste will be available as a resource again.

To help my health and the environment light change of lifestyle:

  • I stopped buying bottled drinks.
  • I am trying to grow some of my veggies (fresh organic food for free, no packaging, no food miles) to avoid packaging where I can and reuse it as much as I can.
  • I use my bicycle whenever I can, I don’t own a car and use buses and hitch-hike.
  • I upcycle stuff.
