Dinner from the Van

To open the food section here is a great dinner idea.

Rose Wine braised ginger turkey with onion and leek sauce with melange of fresh veggies

500 g Prime organic Spanish turkey breast
2 medium onions
1 leek
2 cloves of garlic
3 tomatoes
juice from half lemon
nice bit of ginger
1/3 fine sliced khaki(dragon fruit)

Firstly fry fine sliced onion with the finest virgin olive oil and prep the veggies.Then add slices of Prime organic Spanish turkey breast and steam it little bit.After 5 minutes add herbs such as; black pepper, sprinkle of crushed chillies (Steely, lively and fiery ha ha), chopped garlic, however it can be fried with onion at begining and do not forget about salt(ocean one). Another ingredients are, chopped tomatoes, leek, ginger or dry ginger, but fresh is fresh. Secondly, mix it all in one pot and cook it on easy fire as you want to enjoy sharp smell of your cooking meal accompanied with jazz music from John Coltrane. However, nice crispy white wine is recommended. Thirdly, Eat it accompanied with rice or bread.
