Give your body food what it needs and you will be healthy. Take away food it doesn’t need an heal yourself. Food is not just for body it is also for mind and this is where trouble is coming from. Our civilization became addicted to sugars, ready-made food and fast food. Food is made in factories these days and many people never eat Real Food.
“If our food system made more whole foods at lower cost and made them more available, that would help with our public health,” Collins says.
So what is Real Food? Fresh vegetables grown locally and organically. Unprocessed whole-foods without ingredients which you can’t even read.

So what can we do? Simple advice is – Eat less meat, a lot of vegetables and big variety…
